Employee Assistance Program
(805) 654-4327
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides professional and confidential mental health counseling support to you and your family when it is needed. The EAP is readily available when changes or events in your life are causing you undue stress or emotional distress, and when talking with a professional would be helpful to you. The EAP is available to assist with not only a personal crisis but also marriage or family related problems, alcohol or drug related problems, or troubling challenges at work. In addition, many experience periods of depression in his/her life or struggle with anxiety that they are not sure how to address. The EAP can help assess your needs as well as develop a plan of action to resolve these issues.
EAP Representatives are licensed mental health professionals who can provide up to 5 visits at no cost to you and/or family members. If you prefer, you can also contact the EAP to talk with a representative regarding community resources and referrals.
Services provided at the EAP are confidential, guided by both legal and ethical policies that are designed to carefully protect your privacy.
A copy of the EAP’s Confidentiality Statement is available upon request.
